It's been more than a month since I had time to post all the exciting things that have happened. The sad thing is that Nothing really special has happened in a month. There were a lot of things that didn't happen. First things first, I had enough money to get a car at the beginning of the month but everything in the entire world decided to fall on me at one time. My mom lost her job, My internet bill was outrageous, phone bill equally as outrageous, nobody paid the water bill, and someone gave the creditors my new phone number. So, my whole "Let's Save Some of this Money," plan just went down the crapper.
It seems like my life is always gonna be like this. Every time I take the steps to get around the curve some unforeseen event pushes me back to the starting line.
On a lighter note, I've decided to slow down on the smoking. I used to go through a pack in a week and half but I sped it up to two packs a week, not cool. I still have a job and it's going very well. I'm learning a lot about finances. I know these skills will help me in the long run. Financial awareness is a powerful tool for building success.
